Debbie Reed
MOLLIE WICK Debbie Reed of Columbiana is the lead Project Coordinator with Corbett Consulting and is a proud YSU alumni (Bachelor of Music Education-Voice, MSE - School Counseling). She enjoys travel, theater, history, urbex, and adventures with her daughter and friends.
Debbie has enjoyed working with the local theater community as an actor, director, and educator. Some of her favorite roles include Shrek! The Musical (Fiona), Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Narrator), Oklahoma! (Laurey), Little Shop of Horrors (Crystal) and she recently portrayed Nurse Ratched in a black box production of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.
Debbie's fascination with Youngstown history ignited when she worked as a docent at the Arms' Family Museum in college and is elated to be working with them again for this event.

Allyson Kremm
OLIVE ARMS
Allyson has been performing theater for the past nine years throughout the Youngstown and New Castle area. Her productions include Something Rotten, 9 to 5 at The Youngstown Playhouse, White Christmas, and Sista’s at the New Castle Playhouse. Allyson is also a full-time performer as a princess for Castle on a Cloud, has taught several acting classes for students ages 8–16, and is currently attending college to become an art teacher. She’s very excited to join everyone in the ghost world and share her love of performance and storytelling.

Calvin Brown
STEELWORKER PROTESTOR Calvin Brown holds a B.A. in Musical Theater from YSU’s DANA School and an M.A. in Musical Theater and Vocal Pedagogy from Carnegie Mellon. He identifies through the performing arts—acting, singing, and dance—and continually discover deeper passion and understanding in each.
His experience spans from a youth starring in community theater to professional work in Cleveland and Pittsburgh, plus travel to New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Atlanta for intensives and performance opportunities. He’s expanded into songwriting, music production, and screen work with projects for Netflix, Disney, Paramount, and Apple.
Performance is a humbling form of expression that reveals personal and shared stories—each unique, powerful, and moving. Calvin joins us for the Youngstown Ghost Tour for 4 consecutive years!

David Leach
OLIVE ARMS SERVANT
David Leach is a well-known local performer around the Youngstown area. Over the past year he’s taken part in several memorable productions staged at the Youngstown Playhouse and Hopewell Theatre. He’s also an active and energetic member of Youngstown's premiere improv comedy group, The Dinner Theatre Rejects. David bring his humor and passion for acting each year at the Youngstown Ghost Tour.

Josh Yohman
BUSTER THE BOOKIE
Josh is thrilled to take on the iconic role of Buster. He has been acting for the past five years, primarily with the Rust Belt Theater Company and, more recently, with the Squeaky Wheel Theater where he played Audrey 2 in Little Shop of Horrors, and then stepped into the part of Colonel Mustard in Clue at the Collingwood Center. In preparation for Buster, Josh immersed himself in extensive research, delving into the essence of this enigmatic character and exploring the psychological complexities that drive him. He peeled back layers to uncover the truth behind Buster’s motives and actions, even taking things to an absurd extreme by joking that he started his own underground gambling ring beneath the streets of Youngstown—because he’s notoriously terrible with subtlety. He'd like to thank Rob Joki for putting up with him onstage for so long!

Nate Chapline
YOUNGSTOWN COLLEGE STUDENT Nate Chapline (He/Him) is a local performer and theatre enthusiast. He has taken on a variety of roles in theatres around the area, including Kent Trumbull University Theatre and the Youngstown Playhouse since 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre and Film Studies from Youngstown State University, and currently works at Stambaugh Auditorium. He is joining the Youngstown Ghost Tour again in a new role and is genuinely excited for this fresh venture, which builds on his performance experience and deep passion for local stories.

Sean McGuiness
JOSEPH BUTLER
Sean is an actor from Brookfield, Ohio, with roots in the regional arts scene. He has appeared in local immersive theater productions and in independent films, including "American Sweatshop," which is now available on video on demand. Sean is genuinely excited to help bring the Ghost Tour to life and to share and showcase the fascinating history of the Youngstown area.

Brooke Jonas
PROTESTOR’S WIFE
Brooke, from Midland, PA, studied musical theatre at Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School and earned a Middle Childhood Education degree with TESOL endorsement from YSU. She teaches TESOL in Youngstown City School District and co-presented at this year’s American Association of Applied Linguistics conference.
Lincoln Park credits: Jesus Christ Superstar (Choir), The Who’s Tommy (Choir/Ensemble), Godspell (Ensemble), An Ideal Husband (Ensemble, u/s Lady Markby), A Lyrical Christmas Carol (Solicitor), The Elephant Man (Duchess), The Outsiders (various), and The Why Overhead (Sue). At YSU she voiced Miss Lovecraft in the audio drama Big Trouble at Studio A. Recent roles: Chaney Middle School’s Bad Auditions By Bad Actors (Agent); The Other Side with Millennial Theatre Company (Ensemble, u/s Dana); currently in Trumbull New Theatre’s A Christmas Carol (Fred’s Wife). She’s also a vocalist for Sky Quest Music Official on YouTube.

Dakota Smith
Dakota Smith is an actor from Warren, Ohio. He has been performing in musical theatre for 14 years. He is a proud alumnus of Kent State University (B.A. in Psychology with a Minor in Theatrical Performance).
Most of his recent performance work has been done at Kent State University at Trumbull with recent credits including The Rocky Horror Show (Frank-N-Furter), Pride and Prejudice (George Wickham), Spring Awakening (Melchior), and Matilda The Musical (Miss Trunchbull). He also has worked as a stage manager and assistant director at John F. Kennedy Catholic School for the last 5 years.
This will be Dakota’s first time branching out into the Youngstown area!
He is excited to join the Youngstown Ghost Tour family!

Productions). He’s also a proud father, showing his son you can reach your dreams no matter where you start.

Leona is excited to be a part of the Ghost Tour of Youngstown again this year! She is a dedicated paranormal investigator who also loves spending quality time with her family, crafting, caring for her pets, and attending the theatre. Over the years she has appeared in several productions, sharing her passion for performance with local audiences. Leona would like to sincerely thank her family and friends for their continued love and support.
